2、托輥旋轉(zhuǎn)阻力小、節(jié)能
托輥的旋轉(zhuǎn)阻力系數(shù)隨著托輥直徑以及軸承孔徑的不同而變化，我公司制度的托輥旋轉(zhuǎn)阻力系數(shù)均在0.01以下?？紤]到輸送機(jī)運轉(zhuǎn)中存在的其它條件，計算帶式輸送機(jī)動力使用浙江寶科托輥時，其模擬磨擦系數(shù)可取0.02以下，而使用其他一般托輥時模擬磨擦系數(shù)則需選用0.022~0.030。由此在節(jié)能效果上充分體現(xiàn)我公司產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)越性。
3、永久性潤滑
浙江寶科托輥采用雙面密封的深溝球軸承（ZZ防護(hù)）。在制造過程中填充優(yōu)質(zhì)鋰基2號潤滑脂，永久密封，使用期間無需加潤滑脂。
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)托輥結(jié)構(gòu)
1、軸：具有高精度的托輥軸采用專用加工機(jī)械制成。
2、管材：選用具有高精度的高級專用管材以確保托輥運轉(zhuǎn)過程中的均勻轉(zhuǎn)動。
3、軸承：根據(jù)公司多年的經(jīng)驗，軸承與軸承座和軸之間選定了最佳的公差配合?？紤]到軸承本身的公差配合以及其對運轉(zhuǎn)中溫升等條件的適應(yīng)，我公司使用C3組游隙、ZZ雙面密封的深溝球軸承。
4、軸承座：由深沖材料及精密金屬模具加工制成的軸承座采用自動焊接方式同時焊接在鋼管兩端。由此產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)度統(tǒng)一的整體結(jié)構(gòu)，確保運轉(zhuǎn)過程中鋼管與軸承座之間牢固聯(lián)接。即使在運轉(zhuǎn)過程中受到高速輸送帶的沖擊，也不會出現(xiàn)破損現(xiàn)象。
5、腔隙式密封：由我公司開發(fā)的獨特的腔隙式密封屬于非接觸式結(jié)構(gòu)，其合理的結(jié)構(gòu)使其具有較小的旋轉(zhuǎn)阻力及較長的使用壽命。特別適用于長距離、大輸送量的散裝物料輸送機(jī)。經(jīng)過國家權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)及浙江寶科公司檢測證實，該密封的防塵防水性能遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并高于日本JIS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，已獲取國家專利。其使用效果非常令人滿意。
